Lunches are purchased on-line through the Family Portal or with the FACTS Family App available for download below. Calendars for the month may be turned in at the beginning of the month or at the beginning of the week to the school business office. Monthly lunch order forms can be printed by clicking on the corresponding month link to the right, or by picking up a printed copy in the school office.
Due to vendor regulations, lunches need to be purchased in advance through one of the purchasing options listed above. Through either of the two online ordering platforms, lunches may be purchased using ACH payments (on-line charges apply per transaction). Lunches purchased in the school office must be purchased using cash or check only. All lunches need to be purchased no later than 3:30 on the day prior to which your student will need a lunch to ensure proper quantities are ordered for our students. If a student forgets his/her lunchbox, or misses the deadline for ordering, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a bag of chips will be available to them. The family will be notified and charged accordingly.
The FACTS Family App is available for iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded by clicking one of the links located on the left of the screen.
The St. James Munchie Mobile makes it is rounds to the classrooms, one Friday a month, offering munchies for purchase as a fundraiser for the school. Room Moms play a role with this fundraiser by helping with the purchasing of treats for the snack bar. Some of the items that will be available throughout the year include Ice Cream Sandwiches, Popcorn, Pickles, Pretzels, Cheez Its, Goldfish, as well as other yummy individually packaged items. The Munchie Mobile, makes its way around the school after lunch as a special afternoon treat and students are limited to two snacks from the cart to avoid tummy aches and sugar overloads. A snack bar fee is added to your family portal at the beginning of the school year and covers your students snack anytime the snack cart makes it's rounds. This is a fun easy way to raise money for St. James Episcopal School and something the students look forward to every month!
