Discounts & FEES

    St. James offers discounts for families with multiple children in our program. Your first child would pay full tuition, but each additional child would receive $500 off their tuition for the year. 

  • $200

    We also offer a $200 pay in full discount for families that choose that payment plan for the year. This discount applies to all children in the family. **In order to receive this discount, your payment must be made no later than the 5th of September.

  • Applications for Tuition Assistance are available annually beginning in January and close on April 30th. Tuition Assistance is awarded, in May, to students entering K – 6th grade according to financial need and to the extent of available tuition assistance funds. A processing fee is assessed at the time of your application payable to FACTS Management Company. 

    ​Discounts may be combined to maximize savings for your family. For questions regarding tuition or discounts, please contact the school business office.

    This is a one time required fee, that applies to each student application.

    This is an annual fee required for each student. Fee is collected at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment and is non-refundable.

    This fee only applies to 5th grade students and is charged in two equal payments (one in August & one in January) unless otherwise requested. 

St. James Episcopal School believes that a child's education is the greatest investment a family can make. We pride ourselves in being able to keep our tuition over two thousand dollars less than the state average for a private elementary education. We are also able to offer discounts and Tuition Assistance to qualifying families, to help make a private school education available to as many students as possible.
