Tuition Assistance
To ensure that tuition assistance is awarded fairly and consistently, St. James Episcopal School uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment service as the standard application and processing system for all tuition assistance requests.
The application process is self-guided, and FACTS customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 866-315-9262.
FACTS does not determine whether tuition assistance is awarded or the amount of an award. Instead, FACTS provides a confidential, need-based financial aid analysis, including a recommendation of the amount a family can reasonably contribute toward tuition. St. James Episcopal School uses this analysis as one factor in determining tuition assistance awards. Because financial need is assessed annually, a new FACTS application must be submitted each year. All information provided through the application process remains confidential.
Applications for Tuition Assistance are accepted annually from January 1 through May 1. Applicants may log in to their FACTS account to complete the Tuition Assistance application and upload the required financial documentation.
Tuition assistance is available for students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade and is awarded based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds.

We strive to maintain an affordable yet appropriate tuition structure, and we deeply appreciate the financial commitment our families make to provide their children with a St. James Episcopal School education.
To provide flexibility and choice as families budget for tuition, we offer four different payment plans. We also encourage all interested applicants, regardless of financial circumstances, to explore our tuition assistance and discount opportunities.
To help make a St. James education accessible, the school awards more than $10,000 in financial assistance each year to qualifying students.
DISCOUNTS
St. James Episcopal School offers several tuition discount opportunities each year to help make a quality Christian education more affordable for our families.
Pay-in-Full Discount
Families who pay their students' tuition in full at the beginning of the school year will receive a $200 discount per student. To qualify, full tuition payment must be received by September 5. Payments received after September 5 are not eligible for the pay-in-full discount, and the full annual tuition amount will apply.
Multiple-Child Discount
SJES also offers a $500 multiple-child discount for families with more than one student enrolled at St. James Episcopal School. This discount is applied to your family's account at the beginning of the school year. The oldest child is charged full tuition, and each additional enrolled child receives a $500 discount on annual tuition.
Faculty and Staff Discount
St. James Episcopal School also offers a tuition discount for the children of faculty and staff members. If you are interested in joining our team, please visit the Jobs page to view current openings and apply.
These discounts may be combined each year, and eligible families may also apply for tuition assistance to further reduce the cost of tuition.

To better serve our families and help meet their financial needs, St. James Episcopal School offers flexible tuition payment plans that can be customized to fit your family's budget. Payment due dates, monthly tuition amounts, and the number of scheduled payments can all be adjusted to create a plan that works best for you.
