TUITION ASSISTANCE

 

In order to allocate resources wisely and fairly, St. James uses an online Financial Aid Management service as the standard submission format and processor for all tuition assistance applications.

 

The application process is self-guided and customer service is available 24/7 through their helpline at 866.315.9262.

 

FACTS does not decide whether tuition assistance will be given or how much will be given; rather, FACTS provides a need-based financial aid analysis service, which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. St. James uses the analysis provided by FACTS to make financial aid determinations. All information is confidential and because need is assessed annually, a new FACTS application must be submitted each year.

 

Applications for Tuition Assistance are available annually between January 1st and  May  1st.  Applicants   may log   onto their FACTS financial account to fill out an application for Tuition Assistance and submit financial records required by clicking the link below. Assistance is awarded to students entering K – 6th grade according to financial need and to the extent of available tuition assistance funds. DISCOUNTS

 

St. James Episcopal School offers multiple discount options for our students annually. Families have the option of paying in full for their students’ tuition to receive a $200 discount off every student they pay for in full at the beginning of the school year. To be eligible for this discount, your family’s tuition payment must be received prior to September 5th.  If the full tuition payment(s) are not received by the fifth of September, this discount is no longer valid, and the full tuition amount is assessed for the year.

 

SJES also offers a multiple child discount for families with more than one student at St. James. This $500 discount is applied to your families account at the beginning of the school year and reflects as follows: Your oldest student is charged the full tuition for the school year and each additional child would receive this discount off their tuition charges for the year.

CUSTOMIZED PAYMENTS

 

To better serve our families and meet their financial needs as best we can, St. James offers customized payment plans individualized to you. Payment dates can be moved, monthly tuition payments can be adjusted, and the number of payments can be changed to better suit your budget.
