Application Process Check List
To apply, click the APPLY NOW button above and follow the steps to complete your application. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee that will be assessed at the time of submission.
Tour of SJES Campus
Once we receive your application for admission, our Administrative Assistant will reach out to you to schedule your campus tour. Applicants will get a chance to see all the classrooms, the playground, Chapel and other facilities around campus during this time.
Student Classroom Visit
As part of the tour process, the student and their parent(s) will meet with the classroom teacher, visit with the head of school and experience our teaching in action as the student and their family sit in on a lesson.
Students entering K - 5th grade will be required to complete an assessment prior to completing the application process. The assessment will be scheduled after the classroom visit and a $25 fee will be collected at the time of the assessment. PreK students are assessed by the classroom teacher during the classroom visit. If a formal assessment is needed, it will be scheduled, and the assessment fee will be collected for that student.
SJES requires copies of your students:
Most current short record
Social Security card
Most current report card (if applicable)
Teacher Recommendation form
Records Release Form (if coming from another school)
