St. James Episcopal School believes that a child's education is the greatest investment a family can make. We pride ourselves in being able to keep our tuition over two thousand dollars less than the state average for a private elementary education. We are also able to offer discounts and Tuition Assistance to qualifying families, to help make a private school education available to as many students as possible.

Multiple Child Discount..................................................................... $500
Payment In Full Discount................................................................ $200
St. James offers discounts for families with multiple children in our program. Your first child would pay full tuition, but each additional child would receive $500 off their tuition for the year.
We also offer a $200 pay in full discount for families that choose that payment plan for the year. This discount applies to all children in the family. **In order to receive this discount, your payment must be made no later than the 5th of September.
Tuition Assistance
Applications for Tuition Assistance are available annually beginning in January and close on April 30th. Tuition Assistance is awarded, in May, to students entering K – 6th grade according to financial need and to the extent of available tuition assistance funds. A processing fee is assessed at the time of your application payable to FACTS Management Company.

This is a onetime fee that applies to each student application. Multiple student families will apply separately for each child and require this fee.
This is an annual fee required for each student. Fee is collected at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment and is non-refundable.
School Supply Fee........................................................................................... $40
The school supply fee is due annually at the beginning of the school year to cover the cost of your students school supplies for the year.
Snack Bar Fee.......................................................................................................... $20
This is an annual fee due at the beginning of the school year and covers your students monthly snack bar items. For more information regarding the SJES snack bar fee, please contact the school office.
5th Grade Class Trip Fee................................................................ $300
This fee only applies to 5th grade students and is charged in two equal payments (one in August & one in January) unless otherwise requested.
