We believe that communication is key to partnering with your family to provide an excellent educational experience. While we try not to flood your inbox with emails, you can expect:

 

  • weekly updates from your child's teacher

  • weekly school news

  • any other important information throughout the week as necessary

 

It is important that you contact the school office and your student’s teacher with any changes your family may encounter throughout the year. The school office should also be notified of a student's absence, changes to pickup routines, early pickup as well as late arrivals. Lunches can be moved, but only if the parent notifies the office prior to 9 am. Please refer to the parent handbook for further details on notification procedures.

FACTS Family Portal offers our parents, faculty, and staff a user-friendly web site with a wealth of information such as student grades, class schedules, pictures, announcements, calendar events and more. This is also the place to order lunches, pay incidental invoices and find the SJES directory. Your Family Portal account is created during the enrollment process and can be accessed from both your computer and your mobile device, however not all functions of Family Portal work on your mobile phone.

 

For your convenience, SJES also has a FFP app for your android or apple devices. The Home app has all the functionality of your Family Portal account with the convenience of being on your mobile device. Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment

Parents ensure a spot for their children for the next academic year by completing our online re-enrollment process. Beginning in February, you will be able to access your online re-enrollment contracts. At that time, you may update your household profile, view and agree to school policies, and e-sign enrollment contracts. You will also have the option to submit your tuition deposit online by electronic check. 

 

To re-enroll your child(ren), log onto your Family Portal account and click on the Family Information tab to expand that menu. From there, click on Enrollment/Re-Enrollment and follow the steps to complete your registration packet. The non-refundable $250 registration fee is due upon submitting your re-enrollment packet and holds your student's spot for the following year.
