Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures
All campers will be dropped off at the Chapel and picked up through the portico. Parents or authorized persons dropping off and/or picking up campers should remain in their vehicle at all times to expedite the process, as well as ensure the safety of everyone.
Drop Off:

Will begin at 8:45am

Drivers should line up in front of the chapel

Use the space in front of the playground as the overflow waiting area during drop off if necessary

Do not block traffic on Las Vacas
-
No cell phone use during drop off

Campers will enter the Chapel for morning assembly where their first rotation teacher will be waiting for them in their designated pews

Assisted drop off will end at 9:00am when morning assembly begins. Any campers being dropped off after the doors have already closed, will need to be walked into the Chapel. If you arrive after 9:15am, campers will need to be walked into the school office where they will then be taken to their proper rotation location.
Pick Up:

Will begin at 2:00pm

Drivers should line up in front of the Magnolia Courtyard

Campers will be dismissed from the main hallway and should wait quietly and keep the walkway clear until they are called by a staff member.

Staff members will assist campers into their vehicle from the portico entrance

Pick up ends at 2:15pm; please make arrangements to have your camper picked up on time

Late pickups will assess a $5.00 fee for every 5 minutes past the 2:15 cut off time
Your child’s safety is important to us! It is imperative that any changes to your child’s pick up, be relayed to a member of the staff. Please notify the office at 830-775-9911 if anyone other than yourself, or those listed on your authorized list, will be picking up your camper.
